Trans in the City works hand in hand with partners to support them to become more inclusive for transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming people.
When businesses and organisations agree to become a partner of Trans in the City, they are offered non-judgemental support and advice on becoming a more inclusive employer. At Trans in the City, we understand how difficult it is to implement global standards and training, we understand the inclusion challenges specific to huge global organisations that work across the world and we understand how daunting taking the first step can be. That’s why Trans in the City has no entry requirements, no judgement on where you are in your trans awareness journey as an organisation – we’re here to help and through our collaboration we can make the world a better and more inclusive place together.
