This course provides everything you need to bring yourself up to speed with trans and non-binary people - how it affects individuals, what causes it and how society around the world deals with the huge variety of different trans people. Most importantly what you can do to help and be an effective ally.
The course is run in a completely open, honest and frank way and is designed for people of all knowledge levels on the subject - all questions, whether thought silly, offensive, politically incorrect are positively encouraged - it's run to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision on how you feel about transgender people.
Most of all it’s interesting, funny, fairly irreverent and importantly: a completely safe learning environment.

This session looks at the complex situation organisations find themselves in when attempting to establish the most appropriate and least risk scenario in supporting trans and non-binary, and gender critical, individuals in the workplace with respect and safety.
This course covers:
A summary of applicable primary legislation, case law and guidance.
A scenario based review of best case solutions for employees, customers and service users.
Likely trajectories and risk scenarios for employers to enable strategic decision making for policies.
